At Door Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and door selections. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hinges, handles, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
